Return Policy
Quality is what we do at The Chip Room. And we’re committed to it. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll take care of it. Simply return it to our Customer Service Department within 45 days of the original order date for credit or replacement product. Credits will be applied to your credit card account within 2-4 weeks after the return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will strive to make your purchase right, but we cannot offer refunds beyond the 45-day purchase window.
We suggest you send your returns via an insured mail carrier (such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail with an insurance option) to guarantee receipt of your package. In order to expedite the process, please complete the return / exchange form included with your packing slip and enclose it with the items you are returning. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
